Is it just me, or does the new cover look like it's right out of a shonen ai/yaoi manga?
I've always joked that one of the reasons that Sasuke had to leave Konoha is because Kishimoto didn't want Naruto to end up a Yaoi manga. ... It doesn't help that Sasuke and Naruto drift towards the bed in every RP I do with the two of them.
As much as I love the pairing, I always try to play my Naruto as not head over heals in love with Sasuke like some people mistakeningly do. If he is in love with Sasuke, he doesn't know it. Finding our characters making out without us having any prior plans of it always amuses the hell out of me.
